1. Scope

DinoOTT is an international storefront providing information about subscription plans, channel categories, supported devices, support resources and reseller credit packages. Orders, trial requests, reseller enquiries and support conversations are initiated through WhatsApp.

2. Eligibility and lawful use

You must be legally able to enter into the transaction you request. You are responsible for using the service, devices, applications and any third-party content in accordance with the laws and rights that apply where you live.

3. Ordering through WhatsApp

There is no on-site checkout. A button on the website opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled enquiry. An order is not complete merely because a message is sent. Final availability, payment instructions, activation details and any service-specific conditions are confirmed in the WhatsApp conversation.

4. Pricing and plan information

The website displays the standard DinoOTT subscription and reseller package prices currently offered. If a price or package changes, the price confirmed before payment is the price that applies to that order. Obvious display or typographical errors may be corrected before an order is accepted.

5. Channel and content availability

Channel names and categories are provided as a catalogue reference. Lineups can change by region, package, technical availability and upstream provider. No individual channel, event or title is guaranteed unless specifically confirmed for your order.

6. Devices and third-party apps

Compatibility information is general. Your device model, operating system, player application, network conditions and third-party software may affect setup or playback. DinoOTT does not control third-party apps, device manufacturers, internet providers or their terms.

7. Reseller program

Reseller access is provided through the applicable reseller system after the relevant package is arranged. Credit quantities, package pricing and the features displayed on the website apply only to the package selected. Resellers are responsible for their own customer communications, pricing, legal obligations and compliance with applicable provider terms.

8. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate another person, submit unlawful material or use DinoOTT branding in a misleading way.

9. Intellectual property and third-party names

The DinoOTT website design, original text and DinoOTT branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. Third-party channel, device, application and service names remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance in a directory does not imply endorsement or ownership by DinoOTT.

10. Service interruptions and liability

Internet services, third-party apps, networks and upstream systems can experience interruptions or changes. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DinoOTT is not responsible for losses caused by factors outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated when the website, ordering process, legal requirements or service information changes. The date shown at the top identifies the current published version.
